With the Ascension holiday coming up tomorrow, there’s really plenty of DnB in or close to Belgium this week

First up, tonight, Wednesday !

There’s Velocity w/ DWARDE (UK) – Subreachers – Chubbz – FREQ444 & Figures, which is Antwerp’s regular dark jungle event. Should be

There’s also BASEMENT: Drum & Bass @Leuven, which is free and should be varied DnB, mostly small local artists, with TEEZER from WHAT U ON ABOUT as cherry on top.

We’ll be in Nijmegen for Fiber Hemelvaart SOLD OUT | MADUK, KANINE, CULTURE SHOCK & more., 2h30 minutes ride, but what a line-up ! Can’t wait to see Keeno present his EP that came out today, or MC Fava do a DJ + MC set to showcase his album that comes out on Sun and Bass records next week !

On Thursday there’s D[Rum&Ba]SS Thursdays ft. WHAT-U-ON-ABOUT?! in Leuven. Should be varied Dnb, lots of rollers. Maybe get a room in central Leuven if you want to do both events there, it’s also a super beautiful town to visit, with some amazing restaurants !

On to Friday :

Grand Theft Audio IV – Bruges City Stories [A DNB CONCEPT] – varied DnB in Brugge.

DJ battle for High Rollerz stage @ Willrock festival varied DnB in Temse, close to Antwerp.

Inceptionz x Invaderz: Indoor Festival is bringing a huge New School Jump Up lineup in Antwerp. It’ll clearly be the biggest belgian event of the night ; with SerumUpgrade Music and DJ Guv !

Durum & Bass | FREE ENTRANCE in Turnhout, I believe it’ll be New School Jump Up, but not entirely sure.

Not far from our Borders, there’s ■ FROM RIJSEL WITH LUV – 1st Anniversary ■ , which will be Deep DnB with GEST and One87

And also pretty close, in a location that looks pretty awesome, with a huge lineup, there’s BLACKLIST REDEMPTION w. HEDEX, MARAUDA, SNAILS, HOL!, AUTOMHATE & MORE. New School Jump Up and Dubstep-Riddim, in Cologne (Germany).

And now for Saturday

Of course, we’ll be dancing the night away with our good friend MC Fava at Liquicity Antwerp 2023, to see Technimatic, Fred V, 1991, Murdock, and What U On About (they’re everywhere )

But there’s plenty more to choose from:

Cailla Birthday @ Chouga Barrio in Brussels, should be mostly DnB, with some Bass House.

DNB SAVAGE 002 in Liège should be mostly Neurofunk with some Dubstep.

ResurrectionZ B-day battles in Leuven will be New School Jump Up and Riddim.

And our own local star , Miss Elorak, will be playing at a huge 4 stage rave in Saarbrücken (Germany), with one stage dedicated to DnB – TIAA w/ MP-Allstars + 19 freie DJ Slots

So this week, if you so desire, you can go out 4 nights in a row with only Drum & Bass in your ears

So where’s the Drum & Bass @ this weekend

Friday there’s a party in Brussels : Insect @TheMaze W/ Taös, Evolved, Osprey, Enesix, Fennek that should be pretty dark, probably neurofunk & more.

But there are many more not very far !

In Charleroi there’s Fazer & Friends 01 BGOOM BDAY BASH Drum And Bass Edition (free entry) ; I think it should be jump up & more, but not sure.

In Gent, there’s Underground @ De Vooruit ; sold be jump up but well dosed, not too extreme.

In Cologne (Germany), there’s Drop That w/ Used + Techno Floor at Bootshaus ; should also be jump up & more.

And in Rotterdam (Netherlands), there’s Rolling in the Deep x Souped Up w/ Serum, T>I, Benny V & More ; should be deep, a little jumpy.

Then on Saturday there’s Drum and Rave @Jazaki Bday bash Hicham ; that should also be jump up and more, close to Antwerpen.

In Hasselt there’s RRRewind met J:Kenzo ❖ De Serre ; should be varied bass music : Dubstep, Jungle, UK Garage, Grime, Drum & Bass,…

And in Lille (France), there’s BASS MUSIC NIGHT x TTO Klaxx Brewing , where you can also enjoy craft beer. Not sure which kind of drum & bass it’ll be.

So where’s the Drum & Bass @ this weekend

The first one is tomorrow – Thursday: D[Rum&Ba]SS Thursdays – Showcase Edition. It’s in Leuven, at Rumba & Co, and should be mostly New School Jump Up.

So on Friday we got STEAM XL w/ ENEI (decadance), who are making a comeback at their original location We’ve never been to Decadance before, but we’ve been told it’s a great club. We’ll go to this one cause weally want to see Wingz and Snap-ah ; so we’ll let you now how good it was ! Go check out Snap-ah’s promomix 2023 on soundcloud, it rocks ! This party should be mainly Deep DnB, with some Neuro, Liquid and Old-School Jump Up.

Also on Friday, for the New School Jump Up lovers, there’s Proxic: Midnight Club in Hasselt.

On saturday we got our own event at Café Central in Brussels’ centrum ; Drum & Beer #7. It’ll start with Liquid, will be more varied in the middle, and will end with Neurofunk ! Come check out some of Brussel’s best old school DnB DJs !

But there’s more ; in Liège there’s SOLUTIONZ X LE VOGUE, which should be New School Jump Up.

Not far from our borders, there’s PLANET JUNGLE 20th B-DAY BASH: Dillinja (Valve, Metalheadz) in Maastricht – Dillinja is known for his heavy Neurofunk, not sure if the other artists will stay in that genre.

There’s also REIAL III @ De Kroepoekfabriek, close to Rotterdam, with Rockwell and Haracan ; both awesome artists. The vibe should be mostly Deep.

And on Monday, there’s a DnB party in Luxemburg !

“The Bass Burrow” by Binologie ; not sure what style it’ll be, we think mostly Jump Up and Neuro.
