An old school DJ from Liège, Dee Faze started mixing in 1989, at the age of 11, to share the pleasure music gives him. His repertoire grew alongside his explorations; Disco, Funk, New Wave, Rock, Metal, Hip-Hop. He hears Rave for the first time at 13 years old, which marks him deeply and pushes him in that direction.
He started to perform as a generalist DJ at parties, communions and weddings. In 2000, with several friends, he founded Drums@Work, a crew that organizes techno/drum electronic music events, sometimes accompanied by contemporary art exhibitions. They held their parties in Liège, at La Chapelle, Soundstation, at the Inside-out barge where they brought Alix Perez in 2013, and at the Caves du Cornillon, to which they brought Drumsound & Bassline Smith, Black Sun Empire and Mampi Swift. In Brussels, they organized events at Ric’s Boat and Structure Béton, where they brought Dillinja, Concord Dawn and Counterstrike. They played at Dour in 2004 and at TransArdentes in 2008, alongside DJ Hype, Goldie, Pendulum, Shy FX and Sub Focus.
In 2016, he founded D6Belgium with other friends, a new events organization crew. Until 2019, they organized monthly “Boiler Room” evenings in Liège, which were always live-streamed, and at which Xtronx performed.
Dee Faze has already played in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. He likes to insert a wide range of his musical universe in his sets, and loves longer sets. Never staying confined to a specific genre for an entire performance, his sets take place either in the Drum & Bass universe or in the Techno universe, with touches of other genres here and there.

Son répertoire s’étoffe au fur et à mesure de ses découvertes ; Disco, Funk, New Wave, Rock, Métal, Hip-Hop. Il entend pour la première fois de la Rave à 13 ans, ce qui le marque et l’attire dans cette direction.
Il se produit d’abord comme DJ généraliste lors de boums, communions et mariages. En 2000, avec plusieurs amis, il fonde Drums@Work, un crew d’organisation d’évènements de musique électronique techno/drum, parfois accompagné d’expositions d’art contemporain. Ils organisent des soirées à Liège, à La Chapelle, à Soundstation, à la péniche Inside-out où ils font venir Alix Perez en 2013, et aux Caves du Cornillon, auxquelles ils font venir Drumsound & Bassline Smith, Black Sun Empire et Mampi Swift. À Bruxelles, ils organisent des évènements au Ric’s Boat et au Structure Béton, où ils font venir Dillinja, Concord Dawn et Counterstrike. Ils jouent à Dour en 2004 et aux TransArdentes en 2008, aux côtés de DJ Hype, Goldie, Pendulum, Shy FX et Sub Focus.
En 2016, il fonde D6Belgium avec d’autres amis, un nouveau crew d’organisation d’évènements. Jusqu’en 2019, ils organisent chaque mois à Liège une soirée type Boiler Room streamée en direct, auxquelles se produit notamment Xtronx.
Dee Faze a déjà joué aux Pays-Bas, en France, en Allemagne, en Suisse et en Italie. Il aime faire découvrir une large gamme de son univers musical lors de ses sets, et affectionne particulièrement les sets plus longs. Bien que ne restant jamais cantonné dans un genre précis pour un set entier, ses sets prennent place soit dans l’univers Drum & Bass, soit dans l’univers Techno, avec toujours quelques touches d’autres genres ci et là.

Zijn repertoire groeit mee met zijn ontdekkingen: Disco, Funk, New Wave, Rock, Metal, Hip-Hop. Op zijn 13e hoort hij voor het eerst Rave, dat een diepe indruk op hem maakt en hem in die richting duwt.
Hij begon als generalist DJ op feestjes, communies en bruiloften te draaien. In 2000 richtte hij met enkele vrienden Drums@Work op, een groep die techno/drum elektronische muziek evenementen organiseert, soms in combinatie met hedendaagse kunsttentoonstellingen. Ze hielden hun feesten in Luik, in La Chapelle, Soundstation, in de Inside-out boot waar ze Alix Perez brachten in 2013, en in de Caves du Cornillon, waar ze Drumsound & Bassline Smith, Black Sun Empire en Mampi Swift brachten. In Brussel organiseerden ze evenementen in Ric’s Boat en Structure Béton, waar ze Dillinja, Concord Dawn en Counterstrike brachten. Ze draaiden op Dour in 2004 en op TransArdentes in 2008, naast DJ Hype, Goldie, Pendulum, Shy FX en Sub Focus.

Hij houdt ervan om een breed gamma van zijn muzikale universum in zijn sets te verwerken en is dol op langere sets. Hij beperkt zich nooit tot een specifiek genre voor een heel optreden, zijn sets spelen zich af in het Drum & Bass-universum of in het Techno-universum, met hier en daar een vleugje andere genres.
